BLUE SKY REAL ESTATE BREAKS GROUND

Philip Silverman, Chief Physical Assets Officer at Northwell Health announced today that he is stepping down from his current role to launch Blue Sky Real Estate Services, a company that will deliver innovative real estate solutions to healthcare, educational, and other mission-driven organizations. Phil is joined by a team of leaders who have also devoted their careers to supporting mission-driven institutions. “Blue Sky’s professional expertise lies in delivering strategic solutions to difficult real estate and facilities challenges. Our commitment is to serve organizations that provide a societal good,” said Mr. Silverman.

Prior to joining Northwell, Mr. Silverman served as Vice President for Real Estate at Columbia University where he assembled the 17-acre site for the 6.8 million square foot Manhattanville campus expansion. Silverman brings over 30 years of executive leadership and industry expertise concluding more than one billion dollars of not-for-profit real estate transactions and development.
